We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, port strikes, vessel delays, government action, or shipping carrier disruptions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through arbitration in Jakarta under BANI rules, or in the courts of Semarang, Jawa Tengah, at our election.
